All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify customers via email if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@detaildesignmd.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
